THE PROJECT 8 DEMONSTRATOR

From first principle.
To final handover.

Explore the connected engineering journey behind a controlled environment. Fifteen modules. One synthetic project. Every stage has a story.

ENGINEERING DRAWINGS / ACTUAL 2DI OUTPUT

Detail you can inspect.

Explore an R04 A3 drawing set generated by CoCleantech's production drawing engine: dimensions, elevations, sections, equipment tags, schedules and controlled sheet furniture.

17 generated sheets · TN 3° east of PN

Original SVG/DXF files are not offered as visitor downloads. These are synthetic draft views, not approved construction documents.

ENGINEERING REPORTS / ACTUAL REPORT RENDERER

The deliverable is the evidence.

Read the engineering output—not just a description of it. The production report renderer assembles a completeness matrix, room schedules, source references, scenario results, energy comparisons and a drawing appendix from synthetic evidence.

Screen-only synthetic sample. Report index links navigate within the sample; no PDF, source-data or attachment download is exposed. Formal project issue and sign-off remain separate.

CFD LITE / OPERATING CONDITIONS

A disturbance is only the beginning.

Watch the response. Compare the conditions. Understand the recovery.

Model basis, interpretation and limits

Volume 240 m³; supply 4,800 m³/h; return 4,560 m³/h; declared baseline +20 Pa; filter efficiency 99.95%; continuous generation 120,000 particles/min; declared boundary 1,000,000 particles/m³. Five fixed cases run at 0.5-minute steps. The demonstrator reuses module-8-active-room-kernel/1.0 and its event and particle contracts.

Particle response is a well-mixed mass balance. Pressure is a single equivalent-opening orifice screen, not a coupled pressure-network solution. Thermal/RH values are heuristic offsets. Animated paths are illustrative. Display thresholds are synthetic project criteria; they do not certify ISO classification, GMP compliance or real operating safety.

Prepared viewing controls do not change saved data. This demo has no database connection, project session, report download or export route. Browser capture of visible public content cannot be prevented.

Five conditions. One declared basis.

ROOM DESIGN TO COMMISSIONING

See the lighting. Check the evidence.

A separate synthetic 6 × 8 m study demonstrates beam LED strips, added task panels and emergency escape lighting using the room-lighting calculation engine. All fitting, mounting and emergency-supply qualifications remain visible.

Design qualifications and verification

Module 15 retains the design revision, instrument/calibration evidence, measured readings, deficiencies and retest links. A synthetic calculation is not an installed-lighting test or signed acceptance.

Synthetic · view only · no edit or download controls. The 20% and 50 lux values are owner-defined demonstration criteria, not a claim of regulatory compliance.

    BEYOND THIS DEMONSTRATION

    Explore the wider engineering toolkit.

Availability and evidence maturity are different questions. Project-specific qualification remains essential.

    Implemented · qualified calculations

    Advanced HVAC & hydronics

Energy recovery, refrigeration performance maps, controls, pumps and balancing support deeper coordinated engineering.

    Implemented · provisional analysis

    Coupled network studies

Separate Pass 2 analysis supports coupled well-mixed transport, heat/moisture balances and representative monthly cases. Engineering verification remains required.

    Implemented · evidence gates apply

    2DI drawing packages

Revisioned engineering drawings and DXF delivery are available in the authorized project workflow. Public demo drawing views are schematic and non-downloadable.

    Input readiness · external workflow

    Full CFD & numerical qualification

CFD input readiness screening is implemented. Solver submission, numerical qualification and engineering acceptance remain separate; this demo does not claim a full CFD solver.
